Balwin USD 348 is seeking candidates for an Instructional Coach. The Instructional Coach/Literacy Leader supports and provides professional leadership, and builds deep and trusting relationships with USD 348 staff to invest in them and influence their practice. The Instructional Coach/Literacy Leader supports all USD 348 literacy initiatives. To accomplish these tasks, the Instructional Coach/Literacy Leader works closely with the community, staff, and administration of USD 348.

The position requires a valid Kansas teaching license, a master's degree, and five years of certified teaching experience. Additionally, applicants must have completed LETRS Volume I to be considered for the position.

The individual hired for this position will be enrolled in LETRS Facilitator training to take place in late May or early June 2026.
